Tales Of The Day
Tell your tale
Where were you when JFK was shot? Who cares? The burning question is Where were you when The Wolves went up?

On Monday May 26th 2003, Wolverhampton Wanderers finally ended 19 years of pain, 6953 agonising days in which we plumbed the depths of despair. Almost going out of business, suffering at the hands of Chorley, it seemed the torture would never end.

If you were one of the lucky ones who got a ticket, despite the ludicrous allocation methods used by the club, then you were there in Cardiff to see the end of the quest. Maybe you couldn't get a ticket but were one of the 100,000 who lined the streets to see the open top bus parade through Wolverhampton. Whatever, this site is dedicated to those magnificent days, standing as a pictorial monument to the day the Wolves went up.

If you have any photos to share with the faithful, or have any comments on the site, please mail me
